team looks solid, don't know why you're getting whipped. Once Delgado and Cabrera start hitting you should be fine. I would drop Milton and pick-up Wolf.

I would drop Blanco for Victor Martinez. He has a lot more offensive potential.

As for SPs, I would go for Trachsel. He has quietly been a very solid pitcher the last few years.

Drop Gibbons, pickup Wolf. It's easy to get a decent OF in the FA pool. Solid starters are harder to get. You definitely need to get another closer somehow.
