Alfonzo ... what to do?

The guy is killing my team. I'm trying to be patient, but how long should I wait?

Well, his average is good, even if the power numbers are diappointing. How long to wait before making a change depends on what your other options are. Is anybody decent available? If you're looking to make a deal, Bret Boone's value should be pretty low now; he could still turn it up a notch. Overall, though, I think Alfonzo will be fine, although he won't approach his 99-00 numbers this year.

I've been thinking about getting rid of him too. Someone offered me Juan Uribe for him a while ago and I turned him down. I wish I did that now, but it's just the second base qualification that I need from Alfonzo. He was 2-5 with 2 runs today, so it's not all bad.
