Finding up-to-date injury information, e.g. Nen

Is there a place or resource for getting up-to-date information on injuries. For example, I've got RP Nen on the DL and I can't find anything current on his situation. Is there a way I can keep up to date on guys like Nen and Garciapara. Thanks.
