I would drop Wooten for Victor Martinez.

As for pitching, drop Redding, Williams and Reitsma. They won't help in any categories. Try to get guys like Peavy or Eaton.

your team almost seems like a bunch of second teir players. You should try to trade for a slugger of some kind, strengthen your outfielders.

I agree with reenum on the pitching.
