... how excellent that little weather grid thingee is over there on the left...

Truly a great call to the powers that be. ;-D

It already saved me once this season, in a round about way ...

I was starting Alomar at 2B (@MIL) and Womack at SS (@Hou) and benching Greene (@SF) for today (very deep NL league).. I swung by the Cafe this morning, and just so happened to look over and see rain at MIL. Chit!!! So I swung right back over and switched my lineup again real quick, benching the "Spitter". Anyways, Robbie ended up breaking his wrist, nice!! ;-)

Then Burroughs and Greene put on a show for the fine folks up by the bay, the Padres won and I avoided disaster, in a round about way.

Not really sure how the two items are related, but I am sure that the moral was in there somewhere ...

.. "Stop by and visit the Cafe ... .. Daily"

Now if the powers that be, can come up with an "Icon" to remind me that Dustin Hermanson still sucks .... :~(

You do realize that they were playing in Milwaukee, and even if it was raining they would have closed the roof of Miller Park? You just got lucky by benching alomar :-D

Gee whiz, not much sun due over the USA and Toronto today (Wed 21).

I thought the weather in NZ was getting bad. What's happened to spring over there?

spring is when it is supposed to rain the most....

what are the chances that the rain might postpone those games in OHIO till another day?

powers that be.. we need a little house icon for MIL, obviouslly to save me the embaracement of making such a stupid post, and for hacking the word embrassment so bad. :-D

Or maybe tatoo it on the inside of your eyelids? :-b

Probably just easier to make a screen that says it and use it for your screensaver. ;-)

Just a quick note that this has now been fixed. Unless it's at least mostly sunny, Milwaukee now has the little house icon, but either way the icon will still remain clickable.
