I would try and trade Dye to upgrade one of your other positions, his value is really high and he could have a good year, but he still does have that injury risk.
Herges has a pretty high value right now.
maybe trade him for a closer who is starting off slow.

I'd rather not trade Dye because then I'd only have 2 solid OFs, with Gibbons not doing so well. Thats a good idea to trade Herges, but who would be a good example of a closer starting off slow that I could get for Herges?
And what about Worrell and Redman for Matsui? I would pick up BJ Ryan to replace Worrell for holds.
Your team is nice, Redman at utility; catcher from the marlins? At a position like utility i wouldnt want a catcher, Id say make a run for Sean Casey for Util; hes looking really really good, or more of an everyday player with some pop. Your closers could use some help; Latroy Hawkins on your waiver wire? I have a feeling hes going to be closing for the cubs soon.
I dropped Estrada for Miguel Olivo, and I dropped Tike Redman for Carlos Guillen. Both are doing well right now, and I think they can continue. I am trying to trade for Preston Wilson, but I'd give up Mauer and Konerko to do it. Or I might get Dunn and Biddle for Worrell and Herges. I only want to do one. Which would be the best for me?
I would drop Riley, but other than that, it looks good.
I never smile if I can help it.... Showing one's teeth is a submission signal in primates. When someone smiles at me, all I see is a chimpanzee begging for its life.
I am planning on keeping Riley for at least another start, to see how he does. If he does poorly and Affeldt does well again, then I'll pick up Affeldt.
Even though Hafner had a really strong start...i would try to trade him away for some decent player. he is at utility so u can get anyone. i say you keep dye. he has been hot and will stay hot...trust me...
rodrigo lopez could take a spot in the baltimore rotation and riley coudl be the one to go to the bullpen. if that happens u could pick up lopez to replace riley (remember lopez's 15 win season, with the then punchless orioles)
