He's been very hittable lately. Granted, without the wind last night, he probably records an easy save, but a bad outiong is a bad outing, and lately he's been anything but a sure thing.

Already time to pull the plug? Romero is available, and Nathan looks pretty bad so far.

I'm a little worried, but plan on riding it out with him in the lineup.

The bottom line is that the guy is getting a lot of save chances right now and untill nen proves he's ready to return I'm keepin him in. He cant screw my era up too much.

I'm predicting you will end up regretting this. Especially if you are in a roto league. Herges won't pitch enough innings that he'll screw up your ERA and WHIP that badly, and he'll be okay in the long run. The saves he'll get will make him too valuable to drop in most leagues.

Shelled? Since when is a routine flyball that gets blown to the gap for a double, and then a routine pop-up to center that hits of Grissom's glove for a single considered getting shelled? He just got unlucky last night.
