Complete games?????

I have a question for the baseball purists, does a pitcher who pitches on the road, for the first 8 innings, and his team loses in the 9th, but doesn't pitch the 9th cuz' the home team didn't need their last raps, does he get credit for a complete game????

if the pitcher loses it is a CGL (complete game loss) and is different then the CG used in most fantasy leagues.

I believe Yahoo still counts CGL as CG. Mark Mulder pitched an 8 inning loss last year, and I remember getting credit for a CG.
