Tell me that didn't look like it was gonna be an automatic DL stint that should take about 3 weeks to fully heal? For the love of hamstrings just look at Jose Reyes; this clown is pushing 6 weeks by time he returns. I can't believe Chipper will be back any sooner than May.

I'm assuming that you know the latest reports are saying 5-7 days. He may not be stealing bases anytime soon, but he could come back and play on it as long as it's just strained and not pulled or torn.

well nobody said he's not going on the DL. They're just seeing how it feels right now, and if it's still hurting at the end of 7 days, he'll be on the DL.
