you might want to upgrade on sexson... too many K's
also Hillenbrand is a question mark

outfield looks fine and you're strong in a lot of positions...
pitching could use some help... maybe try picking up a workhorse like rueter or something... gluck

Last time I checked K's are a pitching cat.
Sexon had an off year last season, he should hit 40 hr's this year.
