Does it lag? or is it clear and smooth?

it's fine for me, it isn't as live on watching it on tv...but you get to watch the game and you will see the action before any stats for an at bat, etc. come out else where

that is one of the most unimpressive endings of a game i have ever seen. that whole game was great and then you let the M's win because the pitcher balked?!?

5 man infield is just having 5 players in the infield w/ only 2 in the outfield.

why are they doing this?

to prevent a grounder getting through the infield.

"here's another fine example of the programming of pay TV here - today they replayed yesterday's texas vs seattle game instead of someone from today. i hate this country and their cricket sh!t" (quote)

Sorry, just have to step in here. Cricket is an awesome game, I will not stand idly by while someone bad mouths cricket. And I hope you weren`t saying you hated Australia, rather that you hated the Pay TV in Australia.

Anyway, Australia is a nice place to visit, but I wouldnt wanna live there, iis still about 10 years behind most first world countries, as far as entertainment goes anyway.

You are lucky you are not in Japan, they simply stop the telecast as soon as there are no Japanese players involved.

My first baseball on tv in japan experience.

I was watching the Dodgers vs some team a while ago. The score was 1-1 after 7 and a half innings, Nomo gets pulled, ....and that was the end of the game. I was left sitting there at 4 am screaming at the TV. Same goes for every other team sport. Italian soccer, 3-3 with 10 minutes left, Nakata gets benched, goodnight and thanks for watching.
