I was looking for the 41 clicky thingie... i think he'll hit 40 regular ones and 1 inside the park HR.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

Funny thing is EVERYBODY has hated Dunn for years because he usually SUX! Now people are surprised that he isn't trusted to keep smacking the ball around like nobody's business?
Personally I think he will probably land somewhere around .250 35-40 HR's and 90-100 rbi's. Great power numbers crappy average, as usual.
BTW. April is historically Dunn's best month. The most logical course of events is that he goes into about 15 prolonged slumps starting in about a week or so.

A big reason for Dunns slumping last year was his everyday shifting in the lineup, granted I dont like him hitting 6th right now but hes hot. He wont hit this well all year but I do see him approaching 40 bombs if healthy.

Dunn is on FI-YA right now but he is notorious for prolonged slumps. If he bats over .250 that would be amazing. He's going to hit a wall soon and the 0-4's are gonna start piling up. He'll probably crank over 40 HRs if he stays healthy but you know his BA is gonna take a steep dive. If you can be happy with 40HRs, 105 RBI, and a .240-.250 BA, then keep Dunn. Right now, I'm looking to deal him for a more consistent player while his value is sickly high.

I believed in Dye. I was on board that wagon before the season started. I stated as much in my defense of Chavez - I pointed to a healthy Dye giving him protection.
Dunn? What's Dunn done? I'd love to see him have a great season, but that low average is a killer. I need to see more than a Rob Deer impression before I get too excited. If his average is still around .290 or higher at the end of May, then I'll change my tune. Sure he's got potential, but the season is a little over two weeks old. For now, I picked him up off of waivers in one league and am enjoying the ride.

I picked dunn up of waivers too. He hit two dingers the next day!!! I know the guy who dropped him is hate'n it. But i can't really talk. I dropped Glaus because I already had Beltre and chavez. Beltre has been getting it done...chavez hasn't been doing too well and glaus has been doing great. I want at least one year where I don't drop a guy that ends up doing awesome.
Dunn will get it done. He's shown a lot more discipline at the plate...a lot more BB's already.
