Esteban Loaiza, still a fluke?

I took him after he started 3-0 in 2001 and he sucked the rest of hte year. It killed my team because you are only allowed 2 FA transactions a year and no one wanted to trade. Now I have a bad feeling about him.

i dont think that Loiza is a fluke but he prolly wont have the Cy Young quality season he had last year

A great 2002 and then down hill from year, the only difference is loaiza does not have the redsox lineup so he will not pull off 15 wins this year. Actually, now that i look, Loaiza (03) and Lowe's (02) numbers were actually almost the exact same,

as for nycyankees analysis, even though their numbers look similar, they are really different in terms of their pitching styles and their stuff, so saying that they will follow the same career path doesnt make much sense.... and even though Derek Lowe prolly wont reach his 02 numbers, we should find out this year that Derek Lowe's career is not exactly going "downhill"

I love how a few people are trying to play up the 3-0 start. Remember that he was 2-0 with an era of 6 ok. That's a lot of run support. Yes, he had a very nice game today, but it is a long season so we will just have to wait until it's over to see how he ends up.

Notice that I did say he had a very nice game today, and I haven't said a word during the first 2 crappy starts. Just to even further show that I don't "hate" the guy. Just not a believer in him this season.
