Where am I weak?

What's up. I'm in a 12 team 5x5 roto league and I just wanted some input as tot he strength or weakness you guys might see in my team. Here goes.....

C Varitek
1B Raul Ibanez
2B Durham
3B Hillebrand
SS A-Rod
OF Manny
OF Ichiro
OF Juan Gone
Util John Olerud
Bench Jermaine Dye
Bench Orlando Cabrera

SP Halladay
SP Schmidt
SP Pettite
SP Burkett
SP Orlando Hernadez
RP Koch
RP Jorge Julio
RP Jose Jimenez
Bench Looper
Bench Embree

I know my starting pitching isn't the strongest. Any comments you might have, I'd be grateful.

Varitek will suffice at catcher

Ibanez is very weak for 1b, which is supposed to be a very strong position

Durham is solid for 2b

A-rod is A-rod but i think u should read some of the stuff people r saying about his injury and how those kind of injuries can linger and hinder a players performance over the course of a season. Of course an a-rod hindered season is still awesome.

Hillenbrand is good, if he gets out to another hot start maybe think of dealing him as he tends to start off smoking then cool down.

OF is very very nice

About the pitching maybe if u r a gambling man and r concerned, trade A-rod if u can get a top top pitcher in return and jeter or one of the lower SS. Maybe throw in pettite or one of ur SP with a-rid and see if u can get a real ace back with a lower tier SS, that may be a good trade but ony if u can get the right deal..

Hitting is solid, but pitching is really weak. Try to trade one of you closer and outfielder for a stud starter. Julio and Dye for pitcher.

You have five closers in your team although looper and embree aren't final on theirs...You can package one of your closers and another OF for a power hiiting infielder or a good SP...
