Even so, you shouldn't be pitching 4 straight days.

On top of the pitches thrown in games are pitches thrown in warm ups.

its pretty pointless trying to figure out a reasonable explanation for what Larry Bowa does... i feel sorry for Philly fans... that team deserves better :-t
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.

I don't know why Bowa still never ceases to amaze me. You would think by now that we would all be used to it by now.

Philly has an off day tomorrow, so Bowa can't make Billy pitch 5 straight days...........or can he? 8-o

Lol. :-D

A good point. Gagne has pitched 4 straight days now too, but not very well. Where's the "trade Gagne" people?

Bowa was just on Sports Final on NBC 10 (local Philly TV) and bashed everyone who's bashing him. He stated that he's seeing articles in Atlanta papers, LA papers, internet, etc. saying that he should be fired based purely on hearsay and unfounded accounts.

He's partly right. I think a lot of people on this forum don't have all the facts, but regurgitate the position that the Philles "need to fire Bowa."

lol ...looks like he is getting worried. Is a full scale blow up around the corner? I think the over/under is days and not weeks on one of those locker room tirades. The sooner they get rid of him, the sooner the Phils can start winning.

I think somebody said it best about 10 posts back ...
