Pierre has been overated. Though he did steal 65 bases last year, and is a .300 hitter with 100 RBI's. He isnt as good as he was last year

There is no reason for him to be any worse, he's still young, still leads off, still is fast, and still has good players to drive him in. Pierre is not overrated, he will almost win an entire fantasy category by himself. It's only two weeks into the season, I promise you he will come around. He may not get 65 steals this year, but 50 is almost a given. Once he starts getting on base, he will steal....it's just a minor hitting slump, which also means a steals slump.

I would go with Podsednik or Crawford over Pierre

I'm beginning to wonder the same thing. I would have NO worries whatsoever if I had him, but apparently, many do.

Same here; right now I'm trying to trade him from someone whos been dropping some good players (F. Thomas) because they haven't been doing well.

I'm workin on my B.Comm right now........

And I remember a few years back a site called SportsDAQ, which was just a stock market for all sports. I won big time (not real money, unfortunately) and was pretty high up on the leaderboard for a while. I put all my money on Lleyton Hewitt to win the US Open when he was a nobody pretty much. Then I picked Tiger to win some big golf tournament, and surprise surprise, he did. I feel like going to the casino now }:-)
