Seems to me as if you all have repressed homosexual feelings towards these players, which explains the 'I like them for some reason and I don't know why' feeling.

I cheer for people on my fantasy team even. It's a crunch when I see them hitting against my pitcher that I started.

I'm an Indians fan, so I've loved Coco ever since he got onto the radar in Cleveland. Then, one day I went to a game in Chicago against the Sox, and stood by the railing hollering his name as he walked out to the field. He turned and smiled at me and said:

"S'up man?"

...And he's been my favorite player ever since. :-b
