Mussina and F. Cordero for Wolf and W. Miller.

Do you make this trade? I know its a bad time to trade Mussina with his value so low, but this seems like a decent deal even if he was doing as well as expected...

I have Dotel and Armando for my closers, so I really dont need Cordero. Is this a good trade?

It depends on the depth of your league. If it's deeper than a 12 team league, a decent closer like Cordero is probably worth more than either Miller or Wolf because of the shortage of saves and the general shakiness of the closer pool this year. If it's an 8 team league and closers can be found on the wire to replace Cordero, it is more of an even deal.

I still would be hesitant to make it though. Mussina is a legitimate #1 fantasy starter, and he will turn it around and should win 18 games in his sleep with that offense. Wolf and Miller are #3 or #4 calibre fantasy starters. If you have little to no rotation depth behind Moose and have decent closers other than Cordero, I can see doing it, but otherwise I wouldn't.

10 team league...and I already said I have Dotel and Armando as my starting closers. We have 140 relief appearances to use up, and Dotel and Armando should get there by themselves. Cordero would just be on my bench.

My rotation at the moment looks like this:

Mussina
Beckett
C. Zambrano
V. Padilla
W. Williams
R. Harden
B. Lawrence

I wouldn't do it. I'm still not convinced Moose is washed up.

you said it yourself, its a bad time to trade him...i have had multiple offers for prior, but have declined them all. The trick is holdinmg onto stars who will rebound and trading minor players who are hot ;-D

Don't do it. I believe he'll come back and anyways, his value is so low right now I don't think you can get much anyways. Wolf was lit this season as well.
