What will Travis Lee's role be?

Is it possible he starts vs right handers pushing Giambi to DH and either Bernie or Lofton to the bench?

I've heard that the Yankees are going to try and trade Lofton, and bring Bubba Crosby in his place. The only problem is that since he was a free agent, the Yankees will have to tell him that. Also they'll have to buy out the rest of his 6.2 million contract.

Also, Giambi would probably go to the DH for the most part and have lee at 1B.

Well if Lofton leaves or is benched, Bubba still likely won't play as Bernie would patrol the OF along with Sheff and Matsui.

no matter what happens to lofton, i feel the yankees are scared about giambi on turf, and lee will get the start at first when the yankees visit a turf team (toronto, tb, etc.)
