how many stolen bases do I need?

I am in a 10 team league, each with 24 players. Currently I am in last place on stolen bases, but I am not sure if I should be concerned yet or not. I estimate I can pull off over 100 SBs this season without doing any trades. I am a newbie and have no idea what it takes to do well with SBs. How many SBs normally take that category?
