Pause in the Sportsline scoring. Is Nathan replacing Romero after the first out? If he does, is it a save?

He pitched 2 days ago, gave up 3 runs in 0.2, he pitched yesterday for the save.

It's irrelevant anyway, he's about to pick up another save.
