What would you say the outlook for this guy would be? My team is a little SP poor and he just got waived.

after his last outing (4IP, 10H, 8ER, 1K) I wouldn't take a chance, no matter how thin your SP rotation is.

He was usually a faster starter than he was a finisher. He looked good after his first start against the Giants, but if this is how he's going to pitch the rest of the way out he's not worth picking up. It depends on who I'd wanna drop - but I might pick him up just to keep him on my bench for his next start before making a final decision.
