Is Loretta a late bloomer?

Postby Bukoski77 » Thu Apr 15, 2004 10:44 pm

Hey Padres fans or anyone that can help, whats the deal with him? I know you can bank on his average but can I expect him to top 10HR and 70RBI again? Is he good enough to carry and platoon with Cintron depending on who is hitting better in a 12 team league? This guy has kind of been off my radar and I havent really seen him play much. I'm thinking with the improved Padres lineup he might be worth rolling the dice on.

I think Loretta is very underrated and I'm glad to have him as my starting 2Bman. He's gonna be solid this year.

I start him and don't even worry about 2nd base.

Look for Loretta to have a solid year. He bats 2nd in front of Giles so he should see soem good pitches and get 4 AB's a game.
Stay in your place I recommend...
