I currently own Lightenberg but it does not look like he's gonna save for Toronto. I see that someone just dropped Biddle from my league ... is he worth grabbing instead?
I've got to move quick before someone else takes him
Rafael Soriano is available too ... is he worth the pickup?
Biddle is 2 for 2 in save chances this season, with a 0.00ERA, and a 1.25WHIP. The problem is that the Expos will not win many games this season, and therefore not give Biddle many save chances. However, he is a better option than Lightenberg or R.Soriano.

Not entirely true. Even the worst team will still win plenty of games. Just because a team wins more than 100 games does not mean that that closer will get more saves than a team that wins 80 games. Not every win guarentees a save. Ex. The tigers can be involved in more save situations than the Angels.

FYI... the milwaukee brewers led the majors with 71 save chances last season... winning a lot of games does not equate to having a lot of save chances...

Just a quick question about this. I know that Milwaukee had the most SvOp last year. My question is this: How many of these 'save opportunites' came in the 6th or 7th innings? For example, if Sheets leaves the game in the 5th inning leading 4-2, and a relief pitcher gives up 3 runs in the 6th, does this count as a blown save, and hence a SvOp?
