I know weaver is the better pitcher and Sexson is the better hitter but who gets the better deal.

Looks pretty close to me. If Jones starts stealing bases again, you'll do well here; if not, and if Sheets starts putting things together, you might regret this. All told, I think I wouldn't do this deal for one reason: Weaver is throwing too many pitches per outing for my taste, which makes him too risky to deal for at this price. With Weaver's delivery - and considering how hard he throws - you have to worry about fatigue setting in in the not-so-distant future.
