Choi or LaRoche? Who should I pick up?

Postby cincyreds » Wed Apr 14, 2004 9:22 pm

I currently have Dunn and Teixeira and Broussard as my 1B men.

Choi and LaRoche on the waiver wire.

Should I drop Broussard and pick up on of these 2? Which one?

Thanks.

Would you guys drop Broussard at all if you had him?

What kind of stats do you see him putting up?

Drop Broussard for Choi now before someone picks him up!!!! Broussard won't be that good.

the problem with Broussard is that he wont be getting that much playing time if Hafner stays nearly as hot as he is right now... Choi is the only one with full job security
Manny Ramirez....$20 million
Pedro Martinez....$17.5 million
Curt Schilling...$12 million (and a $2 million bonus)
Never hearing a Yankee fan chant 1918 again...priceless.

I agree....With out the full time security...I would take Choi over Broussard... :-)

Another vote for Choi.

There will come a day when Barry Bonds leaves baseball, and everything about the game will be the better for it.
