Yes, I was, uh... I was thinking about ordering the tape, the videotape... about the college girls and the... the wild... the wildness. They're going wild or something? Somebody told me... about going wild.

hmmm.. if it is Ks and Wins that you are after I'd probably look at padilla, penny and wakefield (!).
I don't think Sir Shrek can strike out too many people in the AL east or get too many wins... he has looked fairly decent recently though.
Kip wells will get the Ks, but I doubt he'll get the Ws... Pittsburgh just isn't that good of a team.
Livan... good numbers overall, lots of innings, so quite a few Ks, but probably not enough wins...
morris hasn't looked right in about a year
I don't think LA is going to win too much, so that hits odalis...
escobar is a wild-card on this list... if he can pitch the 270+ innings as a starter he might rack up some wins and get a lot of Ks...
not really the list you were looking for, but just some thoughts.

I'll take Morris and Wells. They'll both be better than last year. Wells will get his Ws this year, though my Pirates may lose more games. He got shafted last year.
