I don't think Millwood is good enough to be your team ace at all. In my mind, he's had two great years, with some mediocre seasons sandwiched in between. He's always pitched in the shadows of Glavine, Maddux, and Smoltz. Now he's on a new team and expected to be the ace. Philadelphia is not a kind city to play in if you're not doing well ... they booed Mike Schmidt ... Mike Schmidt! They'll jump all over Millwood if he doesn't pitch at least as well as he did last year. And if they do jump on him, who knows if he'll be able to handle the pressure.
