What do people think about him this year? I know last year he had a terrible year.....but he heated up a little bit after the all star break. Do you think he can reach the 30 homers 100 rbi 300+avg. of 2 years ago? Or is he more likely to perform the way he did last year

The key to Konerko will be how he does against right-handed pitching.
In 2002, he had an .885 OPS vs righties.
In 2003, he had an .572 OPS vs righties.
So far this year it's .649 but it's still early.
I don't think anyone was able to explain that drop last year. If you own Konerko, make sure you start him against all lefties, he kills them.
My guess is that he ends up with 25 homers, 95 rbis, and a .275 avg.

That's exactly what I've been doing....I have Hafner and Konerko to occupy my CI spot, so when Konerko is facing a lefty, I start him no matter what....my next choice is Hafner facing a righty...if Hafner is facing a lefty and Konerko a righty, then I give the edge to the veteran (Konerko). So far it's working perfectly and I highly recommend it for anyone else.

Expect Konerko to be fine this season and possibly dealt at some point.
I think a return to 30 HRs 100 RBI and a .290 AVG are well within reach.
If you have Konerko, enjoy the ride.
