how many teams? format? cause your pitching looks weak, Lopez is always a risk at C.

it really depends on how many teams, but from the looks of it, you're good at first, second, and outfield, but other than that, you could do far far better. I'd reccomend trading an outfielder for a pitcher(probably your worst area).

12 teams...5x5...I'm hoping to move an OF somewhere down the road to get a solid starter...

About A-Rod...

Postby DKippin » Sun Mar 16, 2003 8:23 pm

I'm not gonna lie, I thought long and hard about who to take as my first pick, and A-Rod was the obvious choice....but I'm a huge Vlad fan....Also, I'm more than a little worried about A-Rod's recent neck trouble...yes, he's supposed to be ready for Opening Day, but I don't want to have to deal with a potential long-term ailment...Vlad is a justifiable choice for first pick, and a good bargaining chip to bolster my pitching staff in the future...

I agree ..

I agree about Vlad .. he put up better fantasy numbers last year than A Rod , and that was without the neck trouble. Of course this is what I read .. I'm in my first fantasy league so my experience is somewhat limited :)

well, you dont need to be experienced to see that that lineup would be a helluva lot better with arod instead of christian guzman and someone like luis gonzalez instead of vlad. or sheffield. even randy winn or carlos lee...insert outfielder of your choice
