Rusty 6x6 league draft

Postby Bunker » Mon Mar 28, 2016 9:12 pm

I know I made a few mistakes (like taking Reyes). Wondering how badly I managed to mess up my team?

This is a Yahoo head to head with scoring: H, R, RBI, HR, Steal, OBP
For Pitching: W, L, S, ERA, K, WHIP

C) d'Arnaud
1B) Encarnacion,
2B) A. Rendon
SS) M. Machado (Manny has SS elegibility in Yahoo)
3B) Moustakas
IF) K Seagar
UTL) Pujols
OF) G. Stanton, G Springer, Braun
Bench) Ellsbury, Khris Davis, Zimmerman, Wong, Reyes

SP) Harvey, Strasburg, Wacha, C Martinez
RP) Kimbrel, C. Allen, Chapmen, Boxburger

I was looking at dropping Reyes and Wong right off the bat, I should also have a spot due to Boxburger going to the DL. Eyeing a utility IF guy like Brad Miller or Marwin Gonzalez and a sleeper pitcher like Nicasco. Some other Pitchers available are Shelby Miller, Tijuan Walker, Jason Hammel and Marco Estrada.

Any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated.

You've got a pretty good team. Keep Wong, dump Reyes. You don't have much speed. It's H2H, so maybe just punt steals? If so, flip Ellsbury for another power bat or pitcher. How many teams?

I don't think its too bad at all. I would try and flip Ellsbury for a pitcher, since you don't have any SP depth
