Mesoraco is a question mark I'll give you that but I'm pretty happy with Pujols in the 5th given how thin CI was. Dude did hit 40 bombs last year and seems like he'll be ready for opening day.

Can you post a link to your thread so I can whir. Not sure how else to find it.

Im scared for your WHIP and ERA with Rodon, Walker, and Pineda. They're just so inconsistent. Atleast you got Kersh/Carrasco to help offset. Maeda and Velazquez are good stashed. Your offense is decent but I hate Hanley lol.

I like your offense a lot overall. That's definitely the strength of your team. I'd be a little nervous about Mesoraco and Pederson, but they're really your only potential weak links there.

As far as your pitching there's a pretty big dropoff in the quality of your starters after kershaw and carrosco. I personally think rodon will improve this year and end up being a pretty solid option, but i'm not sold on the rest. I see a lot of mediocrity after those three.

I'd probably rate your team at about a 7, but if your lower tier starters overachieve or you're able to make one or two upgrades, you've got a team with a great chance to contend.

I'm going to rate it a 4 with a potential of 3.

Weaknesses
Pitching depth at both starter and reliever. I believe a key for your team is Walker, if he elevates his game you have 3 bonafide studs at SP.
Outfield. Many holes there. Hanley can't get more than 425 AB in a season. Pederson is streaky. Pence is a year older. And Burns isn't proven. Sano should get OF eligibility that will help a bit.

Strengths
Infield. Wow if Mesoraco can stay healthy that is a stellar infield at all spots.

Solid 7. Bit lacking in the power I usually go for in H2H, but you've got a lot of boring, but productive vets. Guys like Hunter Pence never get people excited, but Hunter Pence is about as reliable a guy as there is. A bit of injury risk in guys like Pedroia, Hanley and Pujols...and I hate Freeman this year(not his fault, but that lineup is atrocious, he shouldn't see a fastball in the zone all year). You need Pederson and Sano to be big power guys.

Your pitching is fine, took some upside guys to put with Kershaw/Carrasco, which is exactly the right approach when you have the best in the game and a great #2.

You'll contend...and with some luck, you could win your league.

I think I screwed up my post stipulating a 1 as championship contender and 10 as no hope. Should have been reversed so I've changed it. I will respond to all tonight. Thanks.

I'll rate yours tonight. My post was a little confusing for some people I think. By rating my team a 7 did you mean it was below average or above average? I don't mind either way, just wanted to clear this up. Thanks.
