what's going on? no blisters, so...? meanwhile my all-injured, all-suck team is living up to the hype.
i lost 9.5 to .5 last week. i'm going to get drilled this week, too. i know you're not supposed to panic, but god, if schmidt doesn't come back healthy on friday, i'm going to LOSE it.
well affeldt has looked terrible so far, and I think ideas of him being a sleeper were greatly exaggerated. Sorry for the rough first week, but no need to panic. Only the first week.
I have him, but I knew not to start him against the white sox today. Their hitting is too good, and affeldt isn't in top shape yet. I'm going to see how he does against another team before I think about replacing him.
I can only read the box scores, and right now I am thanking my lucky stars I left Affeldt on the bench. Are you saying his stuff looks pretty good today, but the ChiSox are still managing to rough him up?
(accidentally posted this as new topic too. oops)

I had the same philosophy. The White Sox have been roughing everyone up, so affeldt took a seat today. I'm going to give him some time.

Exactly, I have him as well and also benched him. Watched a few of the White Sox games thanks to the MLB.COM thing and they are crushing the ball right now. I wouldn't start anybody against the White Sox or Astros until they start to cool off.
