What is the best quote you have seen in someone's signature in this forum? My favorite is RynMan's Clemente quote, because it is relevant to both baseball and life:

The Great One batted .414 in the 1971 W.S., with 2 homeruns, 2 doubles, and a triple. But more than that, as writer John Snook points out, "this was a man who could have lived a luxurious life away from the troubles of society and the poverty he faced as a child, yet, he was not like that. He gave up his life trying to help other people in need."

That's a great quote and I will certainly make a note of it. The 70s in baseball might've turned out differently had he not died.
