Here are more, I'm not repeating guys that have already been mentioned:
Helton (hitting .310, but with only 1 RBI, and 1 SB. Could probably get him for a lower value than his mid-1st pick).
Sexson. Has showed power, but is batting way below the Mendoza Line.
Alex Rodriguez. Sell the stats. Hope the other owner buys your bull, because he's going to have a regular A-Rod year. Eligibility at SS and 3B doesn't hurt, either.
Huff
Furcal
Pierre...no SBs yet, though the average is there! Don't expect last year's stats with McKeon under the helm, but he'll still be the NL leader in SBs (though Podsednik may give him a run for his money).

im not so sure about trading for furcal, I have him rated as one of the more overrated players coming into this season.
I would target Thome and Tejada.
Funny, cause at the beginning of the year I gave up Tejada to get Thome. I had Nomar and Reyes at SS so I was good. Or so I thought. But Thome has always been a slow starter and with him missing ST I knew he would start slow. I wouldn't be too worried about it. And if you can get him cheap then do it.
Guys I'm targeting are: Halladay, Mussina, Kearns ( I have him in most leagues already, but could probably get him for a bag of chips in others), Santana, Sexson (As soon as he gets comfy lookout. Probably the most underrated first bagger out there). How does Giambi get drafted ahead of Sexson this year? Don't get it. Of course they are both playing like trash so far.
If this were yesterday, i would of said aramis ramirez, but he has 2 homers, 2 rbis and 3 rbis today so i dont think he'll be gettin traded. Kearns is definitely a buy low target, so is Santana. Pierre is a target too. Just try and find the most panicky manager in his league and look for slumping players. Then try and deal with him.
Rawdog - be very careful of overpaying for Santana right now. There are hints of injury problems and stamina issues. I know he has bucketloads of talent, but his stock is still relatively high. If you can get him cheap then fine, just dont overpay.
As for Giambi over Sexson... all day. Giambi had a terrible yr last yr and still came away with 40+hrs. I expect his BA to be at least .290 this yr too. I think his injury problems and steroid use are pretty overblown talking points. But thats just my opinion of course.
