I'm sorry that this is in the wrong forum but I have it posted on the Cubs forum which doesnt get too much attention.

Basically, how can i get cub tix for a sold out game?

http://www.fantasybaseballcafe.com/foru ... hp?t=48852

I want to take a trip out to chicago in June to see a game... maybe June 10ths game versus the Cardinals...

the website says the game is sold out... does anyone know any good ways to get tix? do they sell "day of game tix" at the ball park the morning of the game like they do at fenway? or are there any good sites with tix?

you could try stubhub.com, and they usually have some day of game tickets, but for Cubs-Cardinals i dont think they would, and if they did it would be standing room only. A scalper or ticket broker also, if you like losing a lot of money ;-D . Im looking at the game on the 10th on stubhub, and for 1 person, Sec 229, Row 4, its 40 bucks. For 2 people sec 240, row 23, 2 seats together for 55.99 each. You planning to go alone or with someone? Try stubhub.

The CUBS always have 2,000 standing room tickets avaiable on game day.

They start selling those tickets at 8:00 am - even on night games.

You don't have to pay the $150 to stubhub.com!

looking for 2 tix... i saw the ones on stubhub for 60 each... but was hoping to pay a lil less.

i am used to games at fenway where you can go the box office the morning of the game and get "day of game tix" at face value regardless of the fact if the game is sold out or not.

does chicago have anything like that?

You can go on game day like others mentioned. $60 is about as good as you'll do -- while they're in contention.

Come June and they're 15 games out -- it'll be a lot easier.
