I don't think I'd drop Kearns yet. He has shown he can produce, and is still kind of getting himself into playing shape. I'd give him another month before deciding on his contributions. I wouldn't drop Hafner either the way he is going at the moment.
Grissom would be a decent short term add IMO, but probably not by dropping the guys you mentioned.

I just dropped Encarnacion to pick up Grissom.
i dont think LA will score a lot. And being in front of Bods will provide lots of runs for grissom. I'm just sorry he wasnt available for yesterday's game...

i agree in that he's a ST pickup. hitting in front of bonds, grissom will see lots of balls.... his bat is hot right now. plus if bonds gets walked, he has AJ to potentially drive him in since now he's hittng 5th behind bonds....
however, i'd give kearns just a little more time to get up to speed before making a decision. i had his last year, and when he wasn't injured he definitely made a fantasy impact. is there anyone else you can drop to get grissom?
help me out:

I wouldn't pick up Grissom, but thats just my opinion.
He hit 2 HR Big Deal! Can he do it again?
I don't like picking players up based on a 1 night performance.

Well it shouldnt be based only on last night. But Griss is hitting in front of Bonds. A spot I think anyone would relish, (Hammonds, Tucker?) Plus, he did put up these numbers last year.
