should i give this guy a shot?? is he the setup man as of now?? I need some holds and if he might become the closer too thats a plus, I would be dropping Rodrigo Lopez for him. Does anyone have any info on this guy?? thanks guys.
Since your league counts holds, there's no real reason not to give him a shot, especially since you're only dropping Lopez to do it. At the worst, he gives you some decent ratios and the holds you're looking for, while at best he could take over the closer's role and become even more valuable. I haven't completely given up on Riske yet, but he's definitely on thin ice and it's not a bad move at all to grab his most likely successor if he loses the job.

in the minnesota game when riske went to be with his wife betancourt was the closer for that game, but there was no save oppotunity, but i have picked him up for holds, and he has done nothing but help my overall team..... so i'd say pick him up becasue he could eventually become the closer becasue riske isnt the answer
riske can close, and hes shown it before. hes just off to a rough start, which will hopefully tame down a bit. but if he cant get his crap together, betancourt will become the closer. just watch any tribe news and see if theres any announcement pertaining to the closer role.
