Hmm. My league has never used holds, but I'd think guys like Dotel and J.C. Romero are what you're looking for.

ah holds..i love leagues that have holds...because you can get all bats and starters, then at the end you can get solid guys that can help in this category...if hold are availibe i always punt saves..unless i can get a decend guy or 2 late...but anyway
J.C. Romero is good
Dotel is tops
then,
Arthur Rhodes maybe the best
Cliff Politte
Ricardo Rincon
Mike Remligner
Scott Saurbeck
Paul Quantrill
Gabe White
you should be able to get some of these guys...i suggest looking at stats and find guys that get K's too since holds are tricky...but they are fun i love releivers they are like linemen in football...win the games but get no credit
also i think Scott Sullivan will be a stud again this year

i appreciate your input!

Don't forget Francisco Rodriguez. He'll get you low ERA, WHIP, holds, and K's. Probably a few saves as well.

My league uses HOLDS, too. I like it because we cannot ignore the middle reliever. So my top guys to get are...
Ricardo Rincon, Brendan Donnelly for sure and maybe Ben Weber. There's Mark Koplove, Felix Rodriguez, Steve Karsay and so many more.
Remember, there will always be HOLDS guys available but you want the best right off the bat because it is not an easy category to pick up points. Last year, in a startegical maneuver, I needed to pick up 10 HOLDS so I loaded up on three holders. It took two whole months to pass four teams.
More good holders were mentioned above, too.
