You need another starting pitcher. Aubrey Huff could really pan out and allow you to trade Bagwell for a solid pitcher. Catcher position is always suspect, Hall may do all right but don't kill your team to replace him.

What type of tier of pitcher might I be able to request for a Bagwell

Any ones come to mind...I mean I have Ibanez, Huff, and Wilkerson who could go to 1st for me...

I think the team is good
another starter wouldn't hurt ,but no rush

you wouldnt get a great pitcher for bagpipes, someone like mussina, clemens, or maddux type.
