Should there be one? I just wrote a whole research paper on it... :-t , but even though writing papers isn't exactly my kind of thing, I thought the topic was interesting ;-D . So anyways wut do you think :-? ?????

Its really personal choice. There are pros and cons to a salary cap, but no one truly knows what would happen if a cap was put into place. I think a more reasonable rule to put in place would be a salary minimum.
