I'd trade up an OF for a closer or catcher.

Or maybe trade an OF and a closer for a high quality closer like Gagne or Wagner or Percival or Koch.

I don't know if this is a championship team, but you will certainly be competitive. Your infield needs a little help, and I would drop one of your relievers for another starter, you are a little thin at that position (despite having Maddux and Johnson).
