whats the value of these guys

what kind of starting pitcher can I get for these guys
wade miller/percival
or
freddie garcia/percival

I have hallady, hudson, santana , kip wells and those two as starting pitchers but I am looking for an upgrade since my biggest competition has schilling, oswalt and morris and the other guy is completely stacked with prior, vasquez, zito, mulder and webb. My hitting is slightly better than team 1 and tons better than team 2. I could also part with hinske, juan gon or geoff jenkins since they just take up space on my roster.
