from what i've read, the cubs signed him to be a reserve player, but a reserve player that plays quite a bit....makes no sense to me, but grud. is currently out with an achilles injury, so walker will start til grud. comes back healthy

What happens if hes hititng solid and Grudalkjfl;ajdf comes back? Platoon? or does Grud get the job back?

hes going to be out for like 10 more games i think walker will be the IF utl man for the cubbies so hes deserves a bench spot for if someone gets hurt
