Ok so I have Nomar and he's obviously on my bench, and he was my only SS so I traded for Alex Gonzalez of the Cubs to hold down the spot for a little while, but now there are rumors that he will be moved out of the starting lineup and Grudzielanek will play SS and Walker 2B. I have Walker so its not that bad, but I dont have ANY other active SS's. Neifi Perez and Jack Wilson are out there in the FA pool and I have 2 picks coming up on the 15th for FA's. Which one will perform at high level for the longest because I just need them until Nomar comes back. Thanks.

I would recommend Perez...he's been playing very well. For the short term...

Also, bump for 'predictament', that's a freaking GREAT term!!

Jack Wilson's really coming into his own... job security is another factor

Perez is just having one of those good streaks... don't try to depend on him for anything long term
