Well I basically already asked my question in the Subject... but I'll ask again: Who is the better overall pitcher, Brian Lawrence of San Diego or Ted Lilly of Toronto. My league does not have wins as a category (quality starts instead) so I don't really care about that stat. All of the other usual pitcher stats apply though (ERA, WHIP, Ks). Any opinions would be greatly appreciated

Personally, with the way games at PETCO park are going, I like Lawrence. Add to that the fact that Lawrence is a NL pitcher who faces no DH, and is in a pretty weak division (especially compared to Lilly)...that makes Lawrence the clear-cut decision in my opinion.

Clearly Brain Lawerence will be better over the whole season.

I've cut Lawrence from my team already ... and that's in a 14-team league. The guy has no control whatsoever this year and can't get his fastball out of the low 80s. Look at his WHIP for the first two games ... it's atrocious.
