Both have been injury prone the last couple of seasons. But if both are healthy, Griffey is better. He can still be one of the best players in the game and has a lot more upside than Dye.

Not even a question. Griffey....I say that with 100000000% confidence. Even if Griffey gets hurt in a month or two, he will outperform Dye's numbers all season. Dye is playing in an absolutely terrible offense, in a pitcher's park, and with no protection behind him. Griffey has Kearns, Casey, and Dunn following him. Enough said.
