I'm not a real big believer in Guillen. He's OK, but..... It's often said that mediocre players return to mediocrity and I think that may happen to Guillen. Dye on the other hand, is a proven commodity, having had several productive seasons just a few years back, prior to a string of injuries. He is still only 30, and I think due for a few more good years.
Go with Dye!!!

Yeah, I'd pick Dye too, based simply on the pitching matchups. Depending on who they're playing, those two are a toss up.
