It's not that bad. You have plenty of power. You might wanna get some speed. Otherwise your offense is solid. Your pitching staff doesn't really need any improvement

your team is pretty horrible except for two pretty good pitchers...even for a 12 man league you should have at least a few good stars...possibly young too i mean john olerud?...come on now

You need some offense.

Olerud will be fine, but you may need to upgrade your outfield. Don't trade Giles he is your best offensive player. You will get to learn how fun it is to trade like a wild person. You may see if you can get two players for Schilling or Halladay. You also need to follow the waiver wire and jump on the hot players early and hope that some breaks come you way.
