It's his 3rd outing in 4 games, maybe he's a bit worn down? Admittedly they are short outings but he was blowing people away...

yeah when i saw him pitch on ESPN, i was thrilled with the results, but not overly impressed by herges stuff... i mean, danny freegn graves can throw a 90 MPH fastball too... i guess they both have decent offspeed stuff, but as a herges owner, i have a feeling i'll be holding my breath come 9th inning. :-o

Bagwell on 3 pitches. I guess there's been some questions about Bagwell too but that was a nice display of pitching, as I saw it...

2. why should I care if he's trying despite not having any skill tonight? everyone who's ever played baseball is trying to get to the next level, it's their "stuff" that makes them good or not. Mike Maroth was "gutsy" last year and there's no way I would touch him fantasy wise

and Danny Kolb is lights out ;-D

Well, you know, any Astro striking out at the plate is fun for me!!

We have a bunch of Cards fans in our office (I'm in Champaign, pretty close to the 'border'...) and they're not NEARLY as vocal w/ the trash this year.
